To accurately identify where revenue is leaking, I’ll need temporary access to a few core systems such as your website analytics, booking or checkout platform, and any automated confirmation or follow-up emails related to your first purchase.
Where possible, access is read-only, and it’s only used for the duration of the diagnostic.
Upon engagement, I’ll provide a simple checklist of the exact access required so everything is clear before we begin.
